Confiture (Jam)

10 Years after the Great East Japan earthquake. Wakabayashi-ku, the eastern coastal ward of Sendai City, has since made a full recovery, and is home to one of our agritourist farms. We are proud to deliver a confiture(jam) made with 100% fruits and vegetables grown on our farms.

Enjoy a refined taste, produced by the chefs at HOTEL METROPOLITAN SENDAI.


Iburigakko (2L)

Have a taste of traditional Akita with the handmade “Iburi-gakko”. It is an authentic product made with time and effort using daikon radish grown by trusted local farmers. The daikon radish that has been smoked and pickled by hand is vacuum packed as it is. Cut it to the desired thickness and enjoy.


MINWAZUKE

"Minwa-zuke" is a type of traditional Japanese pickles using the fermenting mixture "moromi".

We have a variety of flavorful pickles that are made without additional preservatives or colorings.


Puchimaru Gakko DAICHAN

Prepared using the traditional smoking and pickling method unique to Akita, the Iburi-gakko is characterized by its aroma and smokey flavour. You can enjoy them in easy to eat slices!

NINJINKUN

We are proud of our products, which are made from high quality carrots that have been carefully picked and prepared by our special manufacturing method. You can enjoy the sweetness and crispness of carrots, which complements well with rice, and as a snack alone.


4 year Uni (Sea Urchin) Steam by Hirono Uni Farm

Each can contains about 25 bunches of uni (5 uni in terms of the shell), which are carefully taken out of the shell by professionals. No preservatives are added, even salt! This way, you can enjoy the pre flavour of Kitamurasaki uni.

TEA CAN 「YABUKITA」

Comes in a pack of 10 (tea bag). Made using a variety called Yabukita. It is characterized for its dark green color and sweetness. The can of the package is also very cute.

TEA CAN 「HITOMEBORE」

Comes in a pack of 10 (tea bag). Made with a variety called HITOMEBORE. You can enjoy the unique scent.

TEA CAN 「KOGANE」

Comes in a pack of 10 (tea bag). KOGANE is a type of roasted green tea that has a strong aroma.


TONO BEER C58 239 - GOLDEN ALE

Made using "IBUKI" hop and "Otsuchi Fukko Mai" rice from Tono. This ale has a light taste and fragrant aroma.

TONO BEER C58 239 - HAZY IPA

Made using "IBUKI" hop and wheat from Tono. The feature of this IPA is that it is slight bitterness and the aroma of fresh hop.


Junmai Daiginjo M30 Premium

Made from specially selected sake rice from Miyagi, the rice is polished down to 30%. This Junmai Daiginjo has a refreshing scent and fruity taste. Best enjoyed chilled before serving in a wine glass.


Hideyoshi Junmai Daiginjo

One of 2019's most internationally-praised sakes, the Hideyoshi Junmai Daiginjo is made with a superb blend of Akita Sake Komachi and Yamada Nishiki. This sake has a rich aroma of with hints of apple and tropical fruits.



Hideyoshi “Namacho” - Honjōzō Namachozō

This sake is packaged in a bottle that resembles the traditional hollowed out gourd carried by Totomo Hideyoshi during Japan’s feudal age. When poured, the bottle makes a gulping sound that fills the room with delight. This sake is crisp, refreshing, and pairs well with any meal. Its nickname, Namacho is an abbreviation of its longer Japanese name Honjozo Namachoso-shu Hyotan.

Lachamte

Fruity and luxurious, it is hard to believe this elegant flavour comes simply from rice. This sweet carbonated sake drinks like a champagne. The colour is a beautiful gold that sparkles as bubbles rise to the top. Its name is derived from the French word meaning “to sing”.



Fruits tea "Peach"

The tea brand "TEAtriCO" and the fruits by Oono Farm met and made delicious fruit tea. This is a new type of fruit tea that you can eat all because this does not contain tea leaves. A peach-flavoured tea with a slight sourness that enhances the sweetness.


AOMORI CIDRE

100% made by Aomori Prefecture's apples. A cider that has been slowly fermented at low temperature. It brings out the characteristics of each apple, with a sophisticated finish. It is good with meat or pasta. Recieved the Gold prize at the International Cider Challenge '19, which is the very first time a Japanese CIDER won this award.


TAKAHATA WINERY "YOSHI" Sparkling Wine

Sparkling wine brewed in Takahata of Yamagata Prefecture, one of the most famous grape producing regions in Japan.
It's a 200ml mini bottle, which is very easy to drink.

Chardonnay - A sparkling wine that has a rich taste and slight acidity, and can be enjoyed with a variety of dishes. It won awards at various contests in Japan, such as: Bronze Award at Japan Wine Challenge (2012), Bronze Award at Japan Wine Competition (2012), Gold Award at Japan Wine Competition (2013), and Bronze Award at Japan Wine Challenge (2016).

TAKAHATA WINERY "YOSHI" Sparkling Wine

Sparkling wine brewed in Takahata of Yamagata Prefecture, one of the most famous grape producing regions in Japan.

Orange Muscat - A sweet sparkling wine with a rich scent, made using local rare grape variety "Orange Muscat" that was cultivated exclusively for Takahata Winery by Australian farmers.
